Shipping to Canada

• Standard Orders: Free shipping on orders of $65 or more (after discounts). For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $11.99 applies.

• B2B Orders (Businesses): Free shipping on orders of $350 or more. For B2B orders under $350, a flat fee of $20.00 applies (estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days).

Shipping to the United States

• Standard International (4–8 business days): Free shipping on orders of $65 USD or more. Otherwise, a flat rate of $9.99 USD applies.

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

• Standard International (6–10 business days): Free shipping on orders of $65 or more. Otherwise, a flat rate of $19.95 applies.

Taxes, Customs, and Import Fees (USA and International)

• Orders shipped outside Canada are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

• These fees are not included at checkout and remain the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery. FLoèm has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If the customer refuses to pay these fees upon delivery, they may be liable for return shipping costs.

General Terms and Conditions

• We primarily ship via Canada Post, but also use UPS, Purolator, DHL, and FedEx, depending on the destination and the option selected at checkout.

• We do not process orders on Canadian or Quebec statutory holidays, allowing our employees to spend time with their families.

• Delivery times vary based on the customer's location.

• All shipping and handling charges are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. This includes return shipping costs, which will be automatically deducted from your refund if your package is returned to us (whether due to an invalid address, an unclaimed package, or refusal to pay customs fees at the border).
