Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return Procedure

To make a return, you can contact us at the following address: info@floem.ca.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 2177 Masson Street #206, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2H 1B1.

  • Returns due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item): If your return is accepted for one of these reasons, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. and the shipping address for your package.

  • Other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered): If your return is accepted and it is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must obtain the shipping label to send the item back to us. Instructions on how and where to send the package will be provided.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@floem.ca.
