To Prepare 12 Delicious Squares, You Will Need:

| Dark Chocolate (70% preferred) | 220 g |
| Unsalted butter | 150 g |
| Cane sugar or organic sugar | 75 g (approx. 1/3 cup) |
| Eggs | 4 large |
| All-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend) | 100 g (approx. 3/4 cup) |
| Floèm Sweet Clover Powder | 2 tsp |
| Pinch of fleur de sel | Optional |
| Allo Simonne Zorzal 70% | 1 bar (56 g) |

Melt the 220 g of chocolate and the butter together in a double boiler until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the sugar. Once the mixture has cooled slightly, whisk in the eggs one by one.

In a small bowl, mix the flour and the Floèm Sweet Clover Powder to fully release the boreal vanilla aromas.

Add the dry mixture and the fleur de sel to the chocolate preparation. Mix gently.
